Transport:
Gelato Cakes can travel for 30 minutes (maximum) without refrigeration.
For longer travel times, please use a refrigerated container or dry ice.
Storage and Serving:
Store in your freezer at -18C or colder.
Remove from freezer 15-20 prior to serving.
