Introducing the Sourdough Doughnut: made with Masses’ signature sourdough, coated in a satisfyingly crisp crème brûlée caramel, dipped in sesame seeds, and filled with velvety custard on one side and zesty lemon marmalade on the other. It’s served with a scoop of Sea Salt Quark Gelato, finished with a drizzle of lemon olive oil.
Sweet, sharp, salty and citrusy – it’s a flavour sensation you won’t want to miss. Made fresh daily at our Fitzroy Laboratorio, the Pidapipo x Masses Sourdough Doughnut is available now for $15 at all Pidapipo stores as well as Masses Bagels.
