This indulgent creation, handmade in our Fitzroy Laboratorio, layers mascarpone gelato, savoiardi biscuits soaked in espresso and sweet sherry syrup, ribbons of gianduja ganache, and chocolate shavings. It’s everything you love about the classic tiramisu, reimagined the Pidapipo way.
