It’s called ‘The Bee Sting’ and it features stracciatella gelato, Hector’s Deli hot honey, salted caramel sauce and caramelised sourdough crumb. Available as a pre-packed tub that serves 1-2 people, this bold flavour captures the essence of Hector’s Deli’s menu within a creamy Pidapipo gelato, offering a sweet, savoury and crunchy experience, with a surprisingly pleasant heat from the hot honey that will leave you wanting more.

Available to purchase from this Friday 18 October to Sunday 10 November, you can get your hands on The Bee Sting at all Pidapipo stores, plus Hector’s Deli Fitzroy and South Melbourne locations for $9.50.
