Join chefs Dan Hong (Mr Wong, Sydney) and Lisa Valmorbida (Pidapipo) at our Fitzroy Laboratorio on Saturday 16th March from 12pm for a party of Asian-inspired sweet and savoury snacks, exclusively for Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2024.
Expect some of Dan’s all-time classics, an over-indulgent and slightly boozy gelato dessert (it is a party after all!) and three exclusive, and frankly surprising, gelato flavours!
The party will kick in at 12pm until sold out. This is a walk-in only event, and though we’ll have good quantities of each items, you may want to get in quick to make sure you get to try it all!
