Join our master chocolatier inside our Fitzroy Laboratorio on Saturday July 5th for a decadent, hands-on masterclass where chocolate is the star.

In this immersive 2-hour experience, you’ll deepen your understanding of chocolate-making fundamentals; learn the technique of tempering chocolate; mould, fill and shape your own incredible chocolate pieces; and taste your way through Pidapipo’s single origin chocolate range.

You’ll also leave with your own handmade chocolates, plus a Pidapipo chocolate bar and a copy of our co-founder Lisa Valmorbida’s cookbook Gelato Eight Days a Week (RRP $39.99)
