Hawker Hall is turning 10! To celebrate our Windsor neighbours we created our own take on a Singapore Sandwich.
A popular street snack in Singapore, ice cream blocks are served between slices of soft bread. Our version features Coconut & Milk Chocolate Stracciatella gelato inside sweet, pillowy bread naturally coloured with homemade pandan extract (green), turmeric (orange) and radish, apple and blackcurrant (pink). It’s finished with house-made banana jam palm sugar coconut cream caramel kaya.
